Need to return your lenses?
We aim to supply you with the best product and service possible. While we strive to achieve 100% satisfaction, we recognise that there may be some circumstances when you need to return your lenses. If this is the case, please contact the Customer Care team at YourTeam@daysoft.com, quoting your Order Number so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the lenses, our Customer Care team will advise on where to send the lenses. Refunds will be processed once the lenses have been received.
If the Powers of any of the lenses you receive are NOT the same as you ordered
Please contact us immediately and do not wear any of the lenses.
Money back promise
If for any reason you are unhappy with the lenses, we offer a no quibble money back promise for 365 days after purchase. If you wish to return your lenses under our money back promise, please contact our Customer Care team at YourTeam@daysoft.com.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the card/account which was used to purchase the lenses.
