Can I get a sample to try?
We do not supply sample or trial lenses. Every order is covered by our straightforward money-back promise, so you can place an order at www.daysoft.com with complete confidence.
Why can't I order one box of daysoft® contact lenses ?
daysoft® contact lenses are supplied at very low cost, and to help keep these costs down for everyone, our minimum supply is two boxes. If you only use lenses in one eye simply enter the same prescription for ‘right’ and ‘left’.
How does your money-back promise work?
To allow you to buy with complete confidence, every order is covered by our straightforward money-back promise. Before returning your lenses for a refund, please contact our Customer Care team quoting your Order Number.
How do I enter my base curve & diameter?
daysoft® contact lenses have a Uni-Fit design giving a comfortable fit which is equivalent to soft lens brands with a base curve between 8.2 and 9.2 mm and a diameter between 13.8 and 14.5 mm. This information is printed on the foil of our lenses and more details on the specification can be found on our website in the our lenses page.
How old must I be to wear and order daysoft® contact lenses?
Your optician will advise if you can wear contact lenses. If you have been prescribed contact lenses and are under 16, your parent, guardian or other authorised person must place the order on your behalf.

How can I amend my subscription?
Your subscription can be tailored to your needs - amend your quantity and frequency to suit you by logging into your daysoft.com account. You can also modify, skip or cancel at any time. If a subscription does not suit your needs, you can order as required.
Changing Your Order
You can change any part of your order before the payment due date - the prescription, brand, quantity, frequency, delivery address or payment details.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Your subscription will automatically be renewed based on the frequency selected when creating your subscription plan. Simply log in to your daysoft.com account to make any changes if needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription can be done by either logging into your daysoft.com account, contacting the daysoft® team at Yourteam@daysoft.com or 01698 714895 or by using the ‘Contact us’ section on our website. Why not consider skipping a delivery or changing your frequency instead?
How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your inactive subscription, sign in to the website and click the re-order button. After confirming your reactivation, your next order date will be set to the day of re-activation.
Can I skip my subscription?
You're in control of your subscription plan. Skip your subscription at any time. If a subscription does not suit your needs, you can order as required.
